If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out a claim form within 24 hours of the package being delivered. This applies to incorrect orders, missing contents or damaged items.
The “file-a-claim” form will ask you for your order details and photos of your package and its contents. The Royal Bull team will work with you to resolve the claim.
Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for all related charges including shipping costs, insurance costs and if/any market loss.
